Course objectives

 

Focus on functional sterility and visceral mobilization of pelvic organs

Review of Basic DNS Principles: Overview of the anatomy of pelvic floor organs and the kinesiology of the pelvic floor.

Manual Visceral Techniques and Self-Treatment Exercises: For urinary bladder and patients with incontinence, dyspareunia, urinary bladder ptosis, and frequent urinary tract inflammation. For patients with constipation and Levator Ani syndrome. For fallopian tubes and ovaries, addressing issues such as vaginismus, vulvodynia, and dysmenorrhea.

Neutral Position of the Chest and Pelvis: Explanation and importance of maintaining a neutral position.

Physiological Function of the Diaphragm: Description of the respiration stereotype.

Physiological Function of Pelvic Floor Muscles and Reproductive Organs.

Functional Sterility: Typical characteristics and neurophysiological consequences.

Introduction to Ludmila Mojzisova's Work: Presentation of her research and findings.

Clinical Assessment of Posture and Basic Movement Stereotypes.

Active Exercises Based on Ludmila Mojzisova's Concept and DNS Neurophysiological Principles for patients with functional sterility.

DNS-Based Mobilization Techniques for the spine, ribs, and pelvis.

Respiration Techniques for activating intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) and pelvic floor muscles.

Prague School registration fee helps

to support DNS scientific activities,

to collect new video/photo material,

to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities,

to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and

to present the DNS concept online.

It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.

The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.

Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.
