Course objectives

 

Screening for cervical spine mobility, centration, and stabilization - using DNS tests.

Combining mobility and stability training of the cervical spine to influence the optimal transfer of force and load throughout the kinematic chain in different developmental positions.

Demonstrate the nuances of positioning, manual and verbal cueing to influence synergy, coordination, and timing of the integrated stabilizing system.

Tutorial participants will be able to follow along and interact with the instructor

60 minute online tutorial will be available for replay for 3 weeks following the live stream

This live interactive demonstration/discussion will be followed by a short question and answer session

Prior DNS Coursework is required to attend and access this online zoom tutorial
