Course objectives

Exploring thoracic spine mobilization techniques while utilizing active exercise and manual therapy.

Discuss the importance of thoracic spine mobility in order to express the synergy, coordination and timing of the deep stabilizing system of the spine.

Demonstrate selected developmental positions and manual techniques in order to train spine mobility along with stability.

Address questions about the ideal application of thoracic spine mobility for both rehabilitation and performance.
