This two-day course provides an advanced overview of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), combining its theoretical foundations with clinical and sports applications. Prof. Pavel Kolář will present the main principles of DNS, their epistemological context, and an analytical perspective on human movement and stabilization, including applications in sports. The theoretical concepts will be complemented by live clinical case demonstrations, illustrating DNS assessment and treatment strategies in practice. Prof. Alena Kobesová will address sensory-motor integration and motor control and review the current research supporting DNS principles and clinical applications. The course will conclude with a summary integrating the key concepts, clinical observations, and scientific perspectives presented throughout the program
During DNS courses, participants are not allowed to take videos, photographs, or audio recordings of the course, instructors, participants, or therapeutic demonstrations.
